Slab Jewelry pieces are made to order, and many are personalized to your selections. This policy explains your cancellation, return, and refund options.

Made-to-Order Products

Production does not begin until your order and payment have been accepted. Because each piece is built specifically for you, our return options are more limited than off-the-shelf retail products.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun.

To request a cancellation, contact support@slabjewelry.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

After Production Begins

Once the 24-hour window has passed, or once production has begun (including material sourcing, casting, machining, CAD preparation, engraving, stone setting, plating, assembly, finishing, or customization), the order cannot be canceled.

Because our products are made to order and may be personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• buyer preference
• incorrect customer-selected options
• incorrect chain length selected by the customer
• dissatisfaction with an approved custom design
• customer-provided incorrect measurements or information

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@slabjewelry.com.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs and/or video showing the issue

Possible Remedies

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, may offer:

• repair
• replacement
• remake
• partial refund
• full refund

The appropriate resolution depends on the specific circumstances.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by Slab Jewelry or applicable law requires otherwise.
